"Shipping took forever"
I ended up waiting over two weeks for my order to show up, which was really frustrating. I kept checking the tracking, checking my porch, checking my email for updates, and even wondering if it got stuck somewhere or sent to the wrong place. I’ve had plenty of packages arrive faster from other stores, even stuff like clothes, small gadgets, birthday gifts, and random household things, so this felt way too slow. Not super happy with the shipping experience.

"Touchscreen has been a real headache"
I bought this from Jensen Electronics, mostly because I needed something for everyday use and didn’t want to overthink it too much. Unfortunately, the touchscreen has been annoying pretty much since I took it out of the box. Sometimes it responds fine, but other times I’m standing there tapping the same thing 3 or 4 times just to get it to open, which gets old fast. Scrolling feels laggy too, and every now and then it picks the wrong thing entirely, like it has a mind of its own. I usually use it while I’m getting ready in the morning or trying to quickly check something, so it’s especially frustrating when a simple tap turns into a whole process. Definitely not what I expected, and it’s been disappointing for daily use.

For what I needed, this feels like a fair deal. I’m not expecting it to compete with a high-end phone, but so far it works fine and does the basics without any issues.

"Bluetooth keeps cutting out and it’s getting old"
At first, the Bluetooth connects to my phone just fine, but then it randomly drops while I’m driving. I’ve gone through the whole re-pairing process a few times, deleting the device, reconnecting, checking settings, all that, and it still keeps happening. It’s frustrating because it feels like way too many steps just to get something basic to work...

"Confusing wiring instructions and I need this looked into"
I ran into a lot of frustration with the wiring instructions. Some of the labels didn’t match what I was actually looking at, so I ended up guessing more than I felt comfortable with. That’s not really okay for something that needs to be wired correctly. The setup took way longer than it should have, and I’d like this escalated because the instructions really need to be reviewed and corrected.

I tried giving this app a fair shot, but it just would not sync properly with my phone. It kept freezing at random, and when I reached out to support, those geniuses basically just told me to reinstall it. Super frustrating and kind of useless

I ordered from jensenmobile.com and for the most part everything came as expected. One small item wasn’t quite the one I picked, but shipping was smooth enough and support did get back to me, even if it took a little while. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience at all, just would’ve been better if the order had been double-checked before it went out.

The install took way longer than I expected, and after all that, it still didn’t even work properly. I also got the weird feeling there might be extra fees they weren’t being upfront about, which made the whole thing even more frustrating

"Arrived Safe and Packed Well"
I ordered from jensenmobile.com and was pleased with how everything showed up. The box itself wasn’t anything fancy, but everything inside was wrapped securely and arrived in great shape. No dents, no loose parts rattling around, and no surprises, which I always appreciate. They could probably cut back on the plastic a little, but overall it was a smooth experience and I’d give it 4 stars.

Overall, it has most of the features I need and it’s straightforward to use. I wouldn’t say I’m completely blown away, and there are a few things I wish were a bit smoother, but for the most part it gets the job done.

"Terrible radio reception"
I’ve been trying to use the radio in my truck, but it barely picks up any stations and keeps cutting in and out while I’m driving. It’s frustrating, especially since I expected it to work normally. I’m not happy with this at all and would appreciate some kind of compensation or resolution.

Would not buy again. I picked up a Jensen unit thinking Android Auto would be easy to use, but it’s been nothing but frustrating. It keeps freezing or disconnecting, and I’ve already tried new cables, updates, and even a different phone with no luck.
Maps lag badly, and my music cuts out at random, which gets old fast when you’re driving. I checked the support info on Jensen Electronics, but it didn’t really solve anything for me. i expected it to be a lot smoother.

My warranty claim ended up taking way longer than I expected. The updates were vague, and I had to follow up a few times just to get a clear answer, which got frustrating after a while. I remember checking my email during lunch more than once, hoping there’d finally be something useful. It did get handled eventually, but the communication could’ve been a lot better.

I kept running into problems with it, and after a while it just felt like something about it wasn’t working the way it should. Pages wouldn’t load right, updates took forever, and support didn’t really sort things out for me. I tried to be patient and hoped it would improve, but the same issues kept coming back. it ended up being more stressful than it was worth.
